How to Book an Appointment
An appointment may be booked up to three (3) weeks in advance. Please telephone between 9am to 11:30am or 3pm to 6:30pm, if you wish to do this.
For a same-day morning appointment telephone from 8:15 am. Appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis and are often all booked by 9am. If you prefer, you can also come to the Practice from 8.15am to book an appointment.
For a same-day afternoon appointment telephone from 2:30am. Appointments are often all booked by 3pm. If you prefer, you can also come to the Practice from 2.15 to book an appointment. Please note, afternoon consulting starts at 3.30pm.
If you have been unable to obtain an appointment and feel that your medical condition needs assessing that day, you can come to the Practice between 3.30 and 4pm. You will be seen when a doctor is available. As with Accident and Emergency departments, please expect a wait.
Home Visit
If you need a visit and are too ill, or unable to attend the surgery, please telephone 020 8846 6655 before 11.00am. Please be aware that a doctor can see up to four patients in the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit. Therefore, please make every effort to try and get to the surgery. In addition, it is highly likely that we will be able to offer more comprehensive care here.
Out of Hours
The practice telephone is covered 24 hours a day. Out of hours calls will be passed to the Doctor on duty. When calling out of hours please be ready to give your name and telephone number at which you can be contacted. Our telephone number is 020 8846 6655.

Cancel an Appointment
For the benefit of all our patients, it is very important that you inform us if you wish to cancel an appointment. You can do this either by ringing our 24 hour cancellation line on 020 8846 6655 or by submitting the form below.
