Richford Gate Primary Care Centre hosts the practice together with services provided by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) and Hammersmith and Fulham Primary Care Trust (PCT). It enables us to work in collaboration to provide the following:

Child Psychology

A member of staff from the Riverside Community Mental Health Team is based at Richford Gate offering child psychology services to patients registered at the practice and the wider community

Foot Health

Foot health services are provided by CLCH . The Chiropodists take part in the practice Diabetic Clinic and offer a number of sessions to patients registered at the practice.

Physiotherapy

The Community Physiotherapy Team from Ealing Hospital hold a number of sessions at Richford Gate for patients registered with the practice and for neigbouring practices. They have a fully equipped physiotherapy room and offer sessions throughout the week.

Dietetics

Part of the CLCH Dieticians Team is based at Richford Gate. The Dieticians hold a number of clinics at Richford Gate.

District Nursing

The practices' District Nurses Team is based in the building. There are two senior grade nurses who co-ordinate the work of the rest of the team which includes a District Nurse student and Home Care Team.

Health Visiting

The practice health visiting caseload is distributed amongst its two Health Visitors who are supported by a Health Visitor Assistant. One of the Health Visitors has completed her training as a Nurse Practitioner and the practice uses her skills to support the services offered to children under the age of five.

Haemoglobinopathy

The Haemaglobinopathy Team at Richford Gate offer services to patients with various blood disorders, but particular sickle cell. They hold a number of counselling and screening services in the building and the practice hosts the Sickle Cell Support Group.

Counselling

Richford Gate hosts a number of counseling services including alcohol and smoking advice.

Speech and Language Therapy

We have a fully equipped speech and language therapy consulation room. This service is provided by CLCH.

Pharmacy

Patients who attend the surgery have the benefit of an on-site dispensing pharmacy, which is open during surgery times.

Complementary Health Clinic

The practice has always had an interest in complementary medicine and is pleased to provide accommodation for the Mellenium Complementary Health Clinic at Richford Gate. The clinic currently offers Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Massage, and psychotherapy.
