Renew a Prescription If you are receiving regular prescriptions for a medical condition, simply ask your doctor at your next appointment about repeat prescriptions. If your condition is stable and does not need regular monitoring, your doctor may provide further prescriptions of the same items without having to make an appointment. The repeat prescription form is printed on the right hand side of you prescription — you should tear off the right side and keep it in a safe place as it shows a printed list of your repeat medications. To order medications from your repeat prescriptions: Submit an online repeat prescription request, OR. Leave the repeat form with one of the receptionists, indicating which items you require, OR. Enquire with your local chemist, and they may be able to order on your behalf. We ask that you allow 2 working days for processing of the form and issuing of your new prescription.
