Your views are important to us and we want to shape the future of our practice to meet your expectations as best we can. We have recently set up what is called a Patient Reference Group. A group of patients who represent the wonderful diverse population of residents who are registered with us.

The group have met a couple of times with our Executive Partner, Renos Pittarides and Dr Zohreen Ashraff who is our GP lead in this area. Together they have devised a number of ways of finding out what you think of our services and the people who work here. Over the next few weeks we will be giving you a questionnaire to complete after you have seen a doctor or nurse.

At the same time, those of you who are not due to come in can complete our online survey.

In January 2012 we will be meeting with the patient group to consider the results of both surveys and agree an action plan for the forthcoming year. We will keep you informed about progress via our web site and in the waiting room.
