In many cases you may not need to see a doctor, we run a minor ailments scheme in conjunction with Limegrove Pharmacy located on Goldhawk Road. This is a free service available to all patients registered at Richford Gate Medical Practice.
If you have a minor ailment, you can go straight to Limegrove Pharmacy where you will be assessed and prescribed treatment. If the pharmacist feels that you need to be seen by a GP, you will be referred back to your doctor and will be seen on the same day.
If you do not normally pay for your prescriptions, any medications prescribed will be free of charge. If you do pay for prescriptions, you will either pay the prescription charge or the sale price, depending on whichever is cheaper.
Please note that you cannot use minor ailments if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
