On or soon after 1/10/2018 Richford Gate is aiming to become part of the Hammersmith and Fulham Partnership as it merges with other local practices.
This will not make any significant change to the way services are delivered, or to the staff, nurses and doctors whom you see. It will ensure however we are in a strong position to continue to deliver high quality and varied services from Richford Gate.
