Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) exists so patients and staff can work together to improve services at the practice. All suggestions for service improvement are welcome.
We have Terms of Reference. We meet three times a year. You can be a patient representative by simply emailing in your ideas, or attending meetings online. We work with HealthWatch and other agencies to make sure we operate according to national guidelines and best practice. Our meetings a fairly informal and friendly.
Richford Gate Medical Practice has a registered list size of approximately 10,500 patients. The practice boundary includes most parts of W12 and W6. We continued to work and expand our Patient Participation Group (PPG for short) by recruiting patients from underrepresented groups.
We are very grateful to a number of patients who have given their time freely and for working with us to continue to develop the practice.
