Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) exists so patients and staff can work together to improve services at the practice. We are very grateful to a number of patients who have given their time freely and for working with us to continue to develop.
All suggestions for service improvement are welcome!
We meet three times a year. Please see below our terms of reference. You can be a patient representative by simply emailing in your ideas, or attending meetings online or in-person. We work with HealthWatch and other agencies to make sure we operate according to national guidelines and best practice. Our meetings are informal and friendly.
